It all started when I accidently made my first cosplay prop, a King Dedede hammer, way too heavy. So heavy it was a huge pain to bring to cons, but people LOVED it. The weight made it feel powerful, exactly how it should be in canon. I got absorbed in that weight. Most props you find are 3d printed, or EVA foam. They look great, but holding them feels flimsy. That’s not how super weapons or swords wielded by godkillers should feel. So I decided to focus on that, make these props out of cast metals, to really feel the power.
